Refund was never received and it's been more than 5 months waiting

<p>My Refund from VFS Global johanneburg was never received and it's been more than 5 months waiting.</p> <p>I have spent a loton phone calls following up and still they dont give me positive feedback, I waste time and money on hold waiting for another person to assist....</p> <p>I dont know if I will ever receive my refund. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am currently in the process of creating an online petition and file a complain with the consumer protection council.</p>
