Refund request

I had an appointment with them last year October, had to cancel it coz of personal emergency. Booked another one, got the VISA, I’m even back from the vacation; but still waiting for my 1st appointment REFUND. It’s so frustrating because they don’t even respond, been talking to Gugu Skosana n the manager, Bruce Lukhele, they are not helping at all.
