Refund - PRP*** (No feedback)

I have been escalating my refund and the feedback i receive is that it has been forwarded to the right department but thats as far as it goes.<br> <br> This is really frustrating to see people pass the bug and not provide adequate feedback.<br> <br> Can someone please tell me when i am getting my money back.
