Refund - PRP*** (No feedback)

I am beyond disgusted by the service i have received or should i say i am not receiving from VFS Global.<br> <br> I got a mail from Nina Ntshingila on the 17th December 2015 asking for my contact numbers and i provided her with them, i even followed up with her to give me an update on my refund and to date i am still waiting for her call or feedback on when i am getting my MONEY back.<br> <br> VFS Global stop treating your customers like this for their hard earned money. PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY, its way over 30 days.<br> <br> Call me back with a date on when my money is being transferred.<br> ***
