Refund - PRP***

I made an application for my son for Permanent Residence and when i was submitting on the 09/10/2015 i was told i chose the incorrect category (Relative) and i was advised to do an online refund and reapply for dependent under 21 where i had to make another payment of R1350 which i paid.<br> <br> I did the online refund and it said that i will be charged a fee of R850.00 for cancelling which i still dont understand why if i didnt cancel appointment i just made an amendment then the message i got when i requested refund was i will only receive R500.00 back but up to now i haven't received any form of feedback in terms of the refund.<br> <br> On the 22/10/2015 i called the call centre to follow up and was advised it takes 30 days for a refund and the agent gave me an email address: [Email Removed] to send the proof of payment which i did and she said Willie will provide me with the status of my refund and i am still waiting.<br> <br> Can someone at VFS please take responsibility and call me to give me progress of my refund.
