REFUND NOT YET RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS LATER

I app**** for a refund for my two children 1350 each on the 2nd of October and was informed that this would be credited to my account in 30 days. 30 days long lapsed and I have not been refunded my money and there is no one that one can speak to follow up on the issue, I have sent an email and there has been no response so far!<br> <br> I have sent and email to [Email Removed] but there has been no reply on this issue<br> <br> Can I get a response on this refund and have my money back? Is VFE de*****ing customers???<br> <br>
