refund not processed
I am having a hard time getting my refund from VFS after having made mistakes on my applications which cannot be corrected without cancelling and reapplying and paying afresh. All my emails are going unanswered and the call centre says they cant help and i have to email. HOW DO I GET SOMEONE'S ATTENTION. i need my refund please
