REFUND NEVER REALISED

I have requested for a refund and was being assisted a Mr. Douglas Macalagh. This refund is for money paid in January 2025 which was not allocated to an application. Up to now the refund is not yet made. I have written to him and he does not respond to my emails even just to acknowledge receipt. The service to customers is terrible
