Refund delay

I am so unhappy with the service from VFS. They are so unprofessional and ***********. I used their website to book an appointment for a visa transfer from old passport to new passport. Their inefficient online system allowed me to apply and pay for the transfer which was then declined on the day of the appointment as I was told that there is no transfer of visas between old and new passport, one has to carry two passports. Their officer apologised for the misinformation, gave me 'Request For Refund Form' to complete and said my refund would be done within 30 calendar days from the appointment date (27/10/2015).
