refund and payment confirmation

I have been struggling to get my payment confirmed so that I can schedule an appointment for submission.. I paid on the 20th of November 2017 and their website says it takes 3 working days to confirm payment,I have been calling everyday,sending proof of payment,until today!!vfs was supposed to make application submission easier hence the hefty fees,I am not happy at all.Last year August 2016 I also app**** for a refund from vfs and even today I have not gotten my money back,what is this people?I sent several emails and was later told the manager from the facilitation centre did not sign the refund form...I have already spent so much money calling their call centre trying to get them to confirm my payment and also pay back my refund from last year...is it just me who is going through this terrible experience! ********** 890
