Refund after applications are not submitted

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I filled 2 applications for my daughters and I was not sure about ****en name and system was not accepting blank and not able to understand why this field is mandatory so I put our surname in it. And my applications were not submitted in VFS as I have to change it to n/a. I waited nearly 5 hours in VFS Rivonia and its really horrible.</p> <p> </p> <p>Reference no. of both applications -</p> <p>Kanishka Rajput PRP ********** </p> <p>Kanak Rajput PRP ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>VFS agent told me to fill separate 2 new applications and need to pay again to take appointment.</p> <p>I did online refund for below ref no. but I am getting only 500 out of 1350 this is ridicules(VFS is charging 850 for a stupid mistake).</p> <p> </p> <p>Please to sort it out.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks,</p> <p>Bijendra Singh Rajput</p> <p>***</p>
