Refund

<p><br />I processed a payment refund form with vfs global South Africa, Bruma office on the 2th of February 2017. Ever since, I have not heard from them. Never the less, I followed up, i went there two times and i have been told to wait by next Friday i will get refund. But now its more than 3 months, i did not hear from them yet. What should i do again? please advice me.<br />Why most of the people are complaining about this? what should we do exactly for getting back our money.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
