Refund

<p>Refund system at VFS needs to be investigated. We make immidiate payments and their refunds take 2 months and still no money has been refunded. How can it take 1 month to get sign offs to refund R2700. Dimakatso who deals with refunds is so rude ********** she cut me off when I was following up on my refund. Something needs to happen theree not acceptable that my permit is returned from home affairs and I am still waiting for a refund.</p>
