Apply for a refund at there office in Port Elizabeth... in person... Till date not received and from the 14/11/2016 i don't even get reply to my e-mails. I forward all the information the request and re-request. Last respond on the 14/11/2016 we waiting for the tracker to be loaded and from than nothing.... So i will surely receive the same reply here that i will be contacted with in the next todays..... PJ Etsebeth

Another empty promis. The 14th and still no refund. VFS also asked me to inform them if no payment was made that I did on the 13th and stil no reply
