Really disgusting offices and poor customer service.

We went to the Cape Town branch of VFS in order to get a Schengen visa. The offices are simply shoddy, in desperate need of a refurbishment and the reception staff give the impression that they are doing you an enormous favour by attending to you. There is no waiting area for those accompanying the people asking for a visa to wait, but we simply have to stand in the corridor. And they represent a myriad of great countries. Simply disgusting, but when you have a monopoly you don't need to give a st*ff.
