R40 for SMS never sent
went to apply for a Spanish visa on the 30-04-2015 was charged R2318.00 for 2 people. R40 was set aside for SMS, VFS did not send me a single sms nor an email notification when my visa applications were completed.<br> <br> R40 for SMS that was never sent, WHAT A *******.
