I had to make my permit submission today at the VFS global office branch at Bruma, Johannesburg east service centre. The comportment and professional attitude displayed by the manager, Nina and the entire staff amazed me. They went the extra mile to sought out every challenges i had with respect to my online registration. such display of exceptional work place attitude is worth commending. Hence i would like the world to know that there are peolpe like Nina, Mercy and the other staff out there that still does their job with diginity and humility to serve thier customers. kudo's Nina, you are my manager of the Year!!!
