Processing refund not easy

I need help with a refund. I phoned VFS on 4th February 2021 and they told me to email "***" I send the email on the 4th February 2021. On the 8th of March 2021, I made a follow-up but there was no response. I made another follow-up email on the 31st Of March and on 22 April 2021 and again no response. Today I am resending the follow-up email again. Does anyone have different ways for refunds follows
