Premium Business Loung Cost????

Premium Lounge Service R693 - what a *******!!!! My husband and I went to VFS Globs for a schengen visa. As we did not have an appointment we were told to wait for a cancellation. We were contacted and told to come to the VFS Global office, Cape Town. On arrival we went through security and were told to wait in the office on the right hand side. We were seeing to about 2 hours later and everything went smoothly. We were given an account to pay which I did, only to check when we got home that we had sat in the Premium Lounge and charged R693 for "premium lounge service". At no time were we told we had to pay to sit there or were we given the option. When I queried this with them I was told that that is the norm and despite numerous attempts to get a more definite answer I have not heard from them again. 'd like to know if there are other people who have expierienced the same ******* cost to sit in the premium lounge without having being told that you need to pay to sit there.
