PR still not out since 2014

<p>My parents and I app**** for permanent residence permits in 2014. Both my parents have them and have their ids now . I keep checking my status online and it says submitted to DHA 9/17/2014. It's been over 27 months and I have no outcome , I keep calling I'm told the matter is being escalated ! My student visa has now expired and I want to further my studies And register with this permit but now I'm faced with a lot of challenges both financially if I register as a foreign student + visa application process </p>
