Poor Service VFS Global Pretoria

Never in my 61 years on this planet have i seen worse communication than from VFS Global Pretoria. I am URGENTLY trying to get an Irish visa for a trip that was booked and paid for (R95 000) 2 months prior to Ireland now demanding visas. I app**** at VFS Pretoria on 16th July and as of this morning still have no passport. That I can understand, but the complete lack of communication from VFS is absolutely appalling. They don't answer phones or direct you to other numbers that also cannot help, they do not respond to emails and I made it clear when I app**** the Urgency of the application. As a service industry I find this truly appalling. I fly out on 14thh August.
