Poor service from vfs rivonia and home affairs

I app**** for my PRP thru vfs to the department of Home affairs on the 27/0ct\2017, I have been playing cat and mouse btn home affairs and vfs .. every time I call or go to vfs for help am told they cant help me I should call home affairs, when I call home affairs they say I should wait for vfs to send me a msg.. it's been more than 3years of waiting and I now have no other choice but to take this issue to court coz I dont know who else can help me..
