poor service delivery

I have been to vfs more than three times already with no progress.last week I got to reception and was assisted by thos rude disrespectful lady. odid manage to get her name as she was wearing an id card.tebogo serudi. This lady didnt not even give me a chance to explain my problem all she did was been rude and telling me she needs to go for lunch n she kept asking the security guards to get an airfreshner as there was someone smelling armpits.that was very unprofessional n rude.I just wanted to find out if I could apply for a Zep then wait for feedback before I can apply for my son
