Poor service at VHS Global nl

We are trying to schedule an appointment at vhs global every 4 hours for the past 2 weeks now. We have to create an account every time since according to them there isn't an registered account. If by chance you get throuhg to available dates there is NO open time slot for • c Visit • Premium lounge • Prime time Saturday How is it possible ????? For 2 weeks The website isn't user friendly at all. My child needs me urgently since she had a baby 10 days ago and needs my support as a mother.
