POOR SERVICE AT VFS GLOBAL SOUTH AFRICA

Terrible service at VFS Global South Africa. In October last year, I booked for the wrong category of VISA. I was made to reapply and claim a refund for the previous applications. I did so and submitted all relevant forms. There is no update or even acknowledgement of receipt of the documents. I keep on sending follow emails, but no response is forthcoming.
