Poor service and worse than previous application system

<p>Father of 3 south african citizen children and married(civil and religous) to a SA citizen,i am legally in SA with a visitor visa 11(6) with work endor*****t(renewed 2 times)</p> <p>After getting a new job offer for another public hospital as medical officer(successfully passed a robust interview) and getting an endor*****t letter from Dpt of health,i app**** for a work endor*****t on 06/05/2016.Almost 1 yrs and no outcome(despite contacting VFS several times...same answer as usual.</p> <p>Unfortunately,i lost that job because the hospital could not wait for that long.</p> <p>Then,i app**** with another job offer(different hospital) without to wait the outcome of the previous one,which will be useless even if issued ).Am i wrong to do so or to pay the price of the poor service both from VFS and DHA?Staying months without job?and keeping taking care of 5 south african citizens without a job? Someone somewhere is not doing properly his job.</p>
