Poor service

I struggled a lot with booking an appointment and all my efforts to get help from VFS were in Vain,until I went to the office and asked for the manager personally. Mr Bruce was very attentive and he solved my issue within 48 hours. I wish all service personnel would learn from him. Big ups Mr Bruce
