POOR SERVICE

Service extremely poor. The website is very poor, not user friendly at all. Great improvements needed. When entering information you have to be extremely quick, otherwise you type 3 - 5 time before it can save, the website does not have a previous button, each time you have to logout in order to go back. If you made application on a wrong form and have already paid you have to pay again and then apply for a refund, why cant the funds be credited to your account for the correct form. Such a rigid and impossible platform to work with, please improve, its been years now. From call Centre to the so called manager *********** and unwilling to assist. Emails take 24-48 hrs to be responded to and when the answer come its a one line answer which does not even address your query.
