Poor service

<p>We made an application back in 2014 for my husbands spousal visa with reference TRA ********** for Mr Viljem Vojnarovski and were told wI'll get a reply after 3-10 months and have ever sInce not heard a thing. Upon every follow up done on the website and even calling we only hear the story of it being with the home afairs! We have tried and exhausted every channel of findibg out what the problem or result of this application is and have heard nothing. Called the number ********** and every one we've spoken to are of no help, the 2 names I remember are Malindi and Promise who had no idea what to do either. Can someone where ever this is processed please advise what we can do or where to go to get a response as to why we've had to wait so long. We are tired if waiting and not knowing what the verdict is on this application! </p>
