Poor service
Helowpeter please help... my husband Mr Girma Wolde Atiso re f number: PRP ********** app**** for a permant residence on 2016-06-27. Until today 2018-08-12 he never recieved any feed back. If we inquire from Durban VFS where we submitted the application they kept on telling us to wait because they also had nothing to help with but while we were apply they said we will get feed back after 8 to 10 months now we waited for 26 months. Please help
