Poor Service

Last time i complained again about these people Their service is so bad and they have *********** personnel. I app**** for a permit and they say you can track online. You get online and the system its not working. You call the centre to follow up and they cant tell you status of your application and instead give you an email address. You send an email and no response. Its looks like this company is all a bunch of confused people. Why cant they just bring back home affairs, at least we know them of incompetence
