Poor Conduct/No Response or Responsibility

I app**** for my Study Permit application at VFS, first, in January 2015. Within 2 weeks, I received a rejection letter. Reason: no Police Clearance Certificate (PCC). Up until the time of this submission, VFS website did not advise for PCC and only informed at the time of application submission at their offices. They put me in a situation to make a decision, whether to submit it without PCC or delay my application until I have PCC, which would result in me over-staying my last visa expiry. Tough choice and no reasonable advise. Their response, they are a collection company, not advisory body! That is, a very expensive courier company, with no options for consumer to choose otherwise.<br> At the collection of rejection letter at VFS offices, another display of poor customer service, extremely rude attend. A private company which charges R1500 (approx.) just to move papers back and forth can behave in such a rude manner confirms absolutely lack of and need for good manners in treating people with respect. <br> I submitted my appeal on March 5th 2015. Was told it would take 8-10weeks. We are into 19th week, so far no response and no feedback from VFS, despite emails. Very disappointed!
