Poor communication and service

VFS Zimbabwe Harare service is very annoying. If you follow up on applications made they always don't have any information. It doesn't even work as a middleman between applicant and Embassy anymore. Please it's bad, how can someone wait for Visa outcome that is promised to come in 6-8 weeks but end up waiting for 1 year. This so heartbreaking. VFS please provide service paid for
