Please can somebody HELP.

Hi There. I have been waiting for my PRP outcome now since 2015. I have submitted my application to Vfs office Bloemfontein on the 21 April 2015. Which since until now, I have renewed my Temporary Visa TWICE. I have been married to SA Citizen for 9 years and have 2 children. Visas always up to date. So here is what I get for doing things right: -When I ask Vfs regarding my application they always have excuses about it is the DHA that does not give them any feedback. -And when we went straight to DHA head office in Pretoria, they send us back to Vfs office Bloemfontein, what a disgrace and waiste of time and money. - So now what, who can tell us now where exactly is my application because according to the Vfs tracking it always said" that application for Mrs ............. has been received at DHA the 5th June 2015. -We paid Vfs for a service and why are they not capable to tell us about the service we paid for, where is my application? -Don't tell me that I have to apply again for the 3rd Temporary visa as it will expire the end of 2018. -We tried everything to get a chance for any feedback but now 3 years has gone nothing happen.

Please please please someone help!!!
