permit still outstanding 22 weeks later

hi.i app**** for a zsp permit on the 1st of November and was told it would be out in 8-10 weeks.its now 22 weeks later and when i try to track it it says it was forwarded to DHA on 11/4/2014 or 11/1/2014 or 11/6/2014.i need to provide my employer some sort of a response and there is no where for me to get that info.<br> <br> please respond urgently !
