Permit Rectification

I went and collected my daughter's permit a couple of weeks ago and it had an error.I have tried to apply for a rectification however the system is not recognising the permit it seems its not yet scanned for rectification. I have tried to contact VFS however l am directed to email which l know does not work since l have tried this before.VFS service is slow
