PERMIT OUTCOME WAY OVERDUE

i wrote a complaint about my pending permit in June and VFS Global informed me that they will contact me and said my email was forwarded to home affairs etc. They called me saying they have prioritized my issue and hopefully my permit outcome will be out in a weeks time. <br> <br> Today is the 17 of August no more word from VFS. Have no clue why our permits are taking more than 8 months to come out.Before Home affairs contracted VFS , our outcome came out very quick. My life is at stand still at the moment affecting the whole family. Is there a reason why people submitted earlier haven't got their permits but those who did after have their permits. <br> <br> Wish i could get a positive response instead of that same reply they give us all the time...
