Permit outcome taking tooo long?

I app**** for my ZEP permit in November last year and surprisingly some people that app**** in January this year have got their Permitts already and we are five months into 2018 and to no avail my permit is not yet out and it’s very difficult to nevigate around and get my life going doing business and all, i am beyond frustrated??
