Permit Outcome Not received

I app**** for a ZSP permit in Polokwane on the 1st of November 2014 and my appointment was for 08:00hrs after that I was told that my result will be out in 8 - 10 weeks and now its more than 15 weeks No result. If I use the tracking facility it says Application has been forwarded to DHA on 11/1/2014. If I call the helpline there is no option to transfer me to a consultant regarding that query it only refers you to the tracking website. This is now frustrating as service providers demand the new status. I sent an email to their help email account and this is the response I got: The e-mail address you entered couldn't be found. Please check the recipient's e-mail address and try to resend the message. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk. Someone please help me out there
