Permit dispute

I'm so disappointed by the way this company operates. I have been trying to dispute a permanent residence and spousal visa that my ex had app**** for using my name. Our marriage has been non existent for so long. I got to their offices in Durban last year and I was told I cannot access the offices to lay a complaint without an appointment, which is only doable online, of which there is no option for me to use for such yet this man continues to use my name for his passport. I even went to home affairs and they told me that VFS handles these.
