Permit denied again (for 4th time)
My assistant has worked for us since 2004.She is Tanzanian. She started as a dom worker and then helped in the company.Since then we have battled with work permits. The cost has been incredible. She has also done some teaching diplomas through UNISA as well as first aid and cooking. She is well educated. She has been offered a job teaching at a preschool but could not take up the job as her work permit was her to work for me only. She has tried to apply three times for her residency to obtain an id book. The 1st attempt was a disaster as the gentleman who offered to help her took her money and disappeared. The 2nd 3rd, and 4th times, you have rejected her application due to missing paperwork which was unnecessary and taken her cash. It took so long that her circumstances have changed. She has a South African child who is 7.She has entered the SA school system and is at a local primary school in grade 1 for which full fees are paid. She is doing exceptionally well, and it would be sad for her not to continue in the SA school system. <br> She is an asset to the country as she wants to teach and she could contribute so much. She teaches Sunday school at the church as well. Please help sort this out
