permit delayed

Good afternoon Sir,<br> <br> I once wrote a complaint about delays in getting a ZSP Permit but it fell on deaf ears. I app**** for my permit on the 1st of November 2014. I was told it will be out in 8-10weeks. Based on these facts l entered into facilities with the my bankers. Now its more that 23 weeks and l dont have the permit. All my collegeuas l submitted my permit with on the 1st of November didnt get their outcomes. G**** vine is saying there was a problem with the permits processed on the 1st and the 3rd. VFS may you kindly tell us whats the problem. We need someone to explain to us what is happening. I cannot renew my bank facilities and it is now hard for me to raise schools fees for my children. Can someone tell us what is happening.
