permit delay

I was received my work permit last year in august but that permit was having a problem for expiring date,I sent that permit back to vfs global in October they told me that they will call me as soon as they finish to process I wait until January this year I started to follow up they told me that I must come and re-apply that permit, I go there and re-apply they told me I must for 6-10 weeks so now 10 weeks is over, no feedback so I'm very worried about that please help me to follow up my permit please
