Payment made to VFS and no email confirmation of appointment

I have made payment for an appointment early May, received proof of payment but did not receive confirmation from VFS. My mother is flying to visit her daughter in the Netherlands, we scheduled her appointment for 25th June at 11am, I have sent emails and spoke to call center but no one can assist me. I've just been told to email. I am still waiting on someone to get back to me, my mother is a pensioner, she has already booked her flight, paid for her VFS appointment, we are not able to get any assistance from anyone at VFS for her appointment that we booked at Cape Town branch, this is really frustrating.
