PAYMENT ALLOCATION & NOTIFICATIONS
Payments to schedule appointments are taking more than two months to be allocated affecting the legal status of applicants. When there is a power outage at their centre (Rustenburg) applicants are not informed in advance instead they are returned on the appointment day at the centre and told to reschedule not considering the distances applicants had to travel.
