Payment Allocation

I paid for R1570.00 for my application on 21-October-2024 but its not reflecting. I have been calling VFS everyday since but as soon as I explain, I'm put on hold for an hour until I drop off on my own. I can't see how vfs is in business especially in South Africa, if it wasnt for the monopoly they hold I'm sure that company would be out of business because no sensible person will conduct their business through this bum company.
