Payment Allocation and pa_dha_sa***** email account never rep**** or even checked

l paid my visa application fee at the bank last year on 29 November and up to now the payment is not allocated. l have tried to call and sending emails to the contact center but no one seems to care. l sent the proof of payment and all the requested information, but whoever deals with this l doubt ever checks that email account or reply to anyone.
