Payment allocation

I tried to apply for a waiver online on the 12th of October 2024 i app**** and paid R1 570 online after paying nothing happened i didn't even get application forms i waited thinking i will get response but nothing i went to Vfs global in Pretoria brooklyn and i was told to wait its just glitches on website, i then decided to apply for a general work permit since i was running out of time app**** for a general permit i app**** online on the 7th of November 2024 and paid R1 755 Eft General work permit was R3 255 i paid R1 755 when applying then balance you pay on submission of application after applying i got a date to submit on the 26th of November 2024 i went to Vfs brooklyn Pretoria we were told to switch off our mobiles when i was submitting i was told to pay the balance R1 520 for the permit the lady who was helping me didn't know the card machine had no paper i swiped my card 2 times and i was told the payment didnt go through the 3rd time i kept the card machine to see what was happening then the payment went through thats when the lady realised the was no paper in the card machine but all the 3 payments went through but my mobile was off i could not check the notifications after i submitted i went outside thats when i saw all 3 transactions went through and my aunty whose account i was using tried to call me when she got notifications from the bank but my mobile was off i went back and i was told to sign a form for payment allocation i did everything they asked i sent emails but until today i have nothing im still waiting and the money i used to apply all this is from friends and family for my husband's funeral i had no money it was money to help me and my son through since my husband had passed on in October the money that is supposed to help me with my son Vfs just took and never paid back i don't what else to do please help me
