Pathetic Customer Service Ethics

What is the point of making an appointment if the person that comes after you, after you have waited 3 hours a d gets assistance. They rely on their security to give you reasons why there is a delay? Absolutely pathetic service. The agency's have dedicated staff for them whilst we wait still waiting for help.
