Pathetic

What’s the point of applying if your application takes 4 months and still isn’t ready? Their website says two months, they say 12 weeks... it’s been almost 5 months. Old visa long expired... service is pathetic... ready tomorrow 2 months ago... every day. Useless, nobody works in December at home affairs either.
